I cant seem to get autono to work

I installed the addon off of CURSE, when I logged on I had a friend whisper me asking me for some water, food, etc. I got their message but they said that they didn't get one of the set return comment. Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thanks

Sorry for such a later response. For some reason I'm not getting notifications of new posts here.

Since it's well past now, if this happens again please let me know. I haven't run into this issue before.
